Ideal for those poets who are interested in refining their craft and offering and receiving critical constructive feedback. Facilitated by National Beat Poet Laureate James P. Wagner (Ishwa) and award-winning poet Alex Edwards-Bourdrez, discussions will probe the artistic expression and potential of participants' works.
With a goal of producing a culminating chapbook, published by Local Gems Press, of selected works workshopped in the program, and an opportunity to showcase the work in a public reading at the Dog-Eared Bard's Book Shop.

How It Works:Each session will be a combination of critique and workshop of existing poems the participants have written, as well as instruction and optional poetry prompts for future writing.
Please bring 8-10 copies of a poem you are looking to be workshopped if you wish to have it critiqued. We do have limited slots. Questions? Email: [email protected] |

Season Pass $39
